Idang didn’t go to design school. He taught himself — the hard, messy way — back in middle school. It started with random favors: posters, logos, whatever his friends needed. By high school, people kept asking for more. By college, it started paying bills.
He wasn’t the best. Someone once told him his designs all looked the same — and it stung. But that moment flipped a switch. He began exploring again, studying what works, what doesn’t, and what actually feels human. That’s when IDG Design took shape.
Most clients came from people who knew him — classmates, friends of friends, people who remembered the quiet guy who always had Photoshop open. Then came strangers from other islands, and even a few from abroad.
He stopped for a while. Life got loud, and he needed silence to put things back together. Now he’s back, not to chase perfection or clients, but to make things that feel right. He doesn’t do small talk. He doesn’t like being used. He just does the work, and if it’s worth doing, he’ll finish it.
